Room Reservation Instructions


Submit an Online Reservation Form. You will receive a confirmation email once your request has been scheduled. Reservations are made Monday - Friday after 3 pm.


Requests will not be accepted more than 30 days in advance.


Until your reservation is confirmed, your event cannot be advertised.


Please request attendees to RSVP, especially when food is being served. This will help in our efforts to reduce waste.


If food is being provided by the Law School, RSVP's are requested. Advance notice of 7 days is required, with the RSVP list due 1-2 days prior to the event.


Student Organizations are responsible for cleaning up after the event. All food trash must be removed from the rooms and taken to the dumpster. If furniture is moved, it must be returned to its original location.


Students should not schedule organizational meetings that conflict with any School of Law scheduled event without prior approval from their Faculty Advisor. That approval must be submitted with the room reservation request.
