Mastering the Art of Mediation Advocacy (MAMA) is designed to help improve mediation advocacy for all practitioners, from the rookies to the pros. The presenters have 160 years of collective experience in conducting over 10,000 mediations and more than 300 years of litigation experience. The Program will include plenary sessions on preparation of the advocate, the client and the mediator; making effective opening remarks; making effective use of caucuses, and ethics in mediation advocacy. Breakout sessions will cover business, family, personal injury and employment mediations. The program will conclude with formal Q&A session with all presenters and an informal beer and wine debriefing. Save the date of October 4, 2013 for the program at the new SLU School of Law, offering six hours of CLE including one hour of ethics credit.

$40 pre-registration; $50 at the door
