Fellowships and Graduate Assistantships
The Presidential Fellowship is an opportunity for graduate students who are full-time students, scholastically high-achievers, and are committed to serving their community.
The Diversity Fellowship is an opportunity for graduate students who are full-time students, U.S. citizens, and are committed to future leadership in promoting diversity within their discipline.
These awards include tuition scholarship for 18 credit hours in the Fall/Spring and one 3-credit course each summer, health insurance, and a monthly stipend for up to 2 years.
Assistantships provide the opportunity to work with faculty and staff on research, classroom instruction, and recruitment efforts. These assistantships span the duration of the 9-month Fall/Spring semesters. Students must be full-time to be eligible.
Full assistantships require working with faculty 20 hours per week. Benefits include a tuition remission of 18 credit hours, health insurance, and a stipend.
Partial assistantships require working with faculty or staff between 8-16 hours per week. Benefits include tuition remission of $5,000 - $10,000.

Outreach Services Coordinator

The Outreach Services Coordinator is responsible for the coordination and delivery of SFX outreach services including the Documentation Assistance Program and Xavier Winter Inn. The Outreach Services Coordinator is responsible for program operations and organization, volunteer management including recruitment, trainings, and serving. This person assists with grants and grant reports, budget oversight for Documentation Assistance Program and Xavier Winter Inn. The Outreach Services Coordinator is responsible for maintaining resources needed for both programs and relationships with in-kind donors. The Outreach Services Coordinator is responsible for communication with the St. Louis Community, parish staff, Social Ministry Commission, volunteers, and parish community in relationship to Documentation Assistance Program and Xavier Winter Inn.
