Open Enrollment Schedules

Medical Insurance

Three - four week enrollment period generally held in May.

Changes made are effective July 1.

Plan rolls from year to year. This is the only time to switch between medical plans or add dependents to current plan, unless there is a qualifying event. Contact the Benefits Office for more info.

Dental Insurance Three - four week enrollment period generally held in November.

Changes made are effective January 1.

Plan rolls from year to year. This is the only time to make any changes to your dental plan (ie, terminate your plan, switch between options, and add or cancel dependents), unless there is a qualifying event.

Flexible Spending Plan Three - four week enrollment period generally held in November.

Calendar year program effective January 1.

Plan does not roll-over from one calendar year to the next. Participants must re-enroll in the Flexible Spending Plan every Open Enrollment.

Dependent Care Plan Three - four week enrollment period generally held in November.

Calendar year program effective January 1.

Plan does not roll-over from one calendar year to the next. Participants must re-enroll in the Dependent Care Plan every Open Enrollment.
