Obtaining
an email account
I. E-mail
Account
Once a job offer
has been extended to a new employee, the hiring recruiter
will submit a hiring proposal via the Banner system. Once
the new employee has completed all tax forms and I-9 form,
HRIS will enter the information into Banner. In 48 hours the
E-mail Username and Password will be generated. Anyone in
HRIS can then check for the user name and email address. If
the supervisor does not have the email address, the employee
should call ITS at 977-4000.

your departmental, Information Technology Services representative.
