Faculty/Staff
Temporary Identification Cards are issued
in the Human Resources Department located in the Salus
Center at 3545 Lafayette, St. Louis, MO 63104-1314,
and the phone number is 314-977-2360. Business hours
of operation are 8-5 Monday through Friday. Please obtain
the Temporary Card before going to Parking and Card
Services.
Parking
Passes are issued by Parking and Card Services.
Please present your Faculty/Staff Temporary
Identification Card (obtained from HR) in order to obtain
your Faculty/Staff ID and Parking Pass. Following are
the two office locations:
- DuBourg Hall, 221
North Grand Boulevard, Room 33, St. Louis, MO 63103-2097
and the phone number is 314-977-2957. Business hours
of operation are 8:30-5:00 Monday, Tuesday, Thursday
and Friday and 8:30-5:30 on Wednesday.
- Salus Center 3545
Lafayette Avenue, Room 1063, St Louis, MO 63104
and the phone number is 314-977-8656. The fax number
is 314-977-8658. Business hours of operation are
7:30-11:30 and 12:00-4:00 Monday through Friday.
Parking
Choice Program includes reserved, premium,
preferred and general parking areas. The reserved and
premium parking area entitles the permit holders to
an assigned parking space. The preferred parking areas
offer the permit holders parking in the designated location,
but without an assigned space. General parking locations
will be on a first-come, first-serve basis.
