are the topics of:
- Paying hourly staff for all
time worked
- Recording partial hours worked
- Payment of overtime
- Remaining budget neutral when
overtime is paid
- Working through lunch and
break periods
- Other issues or concerns
Course Description
for Performance Standards Workshop
This workshop focuses
on the actual writing of performance standards, which are the
means of documenting performance expectations. Measuring an
employee's actual performance against established performance
standards will also be addressed in the workshop.
