This
handbook applies to full-time and part-time regular staff
of Saint Louis University-including SLUCare. It does not apply
to faculty, temporary staff or student workers. Faculty members
are covered by the provisions of the Faculty Manual and applicable
University policies. Temporary staff members and student workers
are expected to abide by all standards of conduct and policies
stated herein. They are, however, not entitled to all the
same benefits, rights and privileges of regular full-time
and part-time staff members. The terms and conditions of employment
for employees represented by a labor union are contained in
the collective bargaining agreement entered into by the University
and the union, along with such interpretations and practices
that may exist or have been agreed to by the parties.
Saint
Louis University does not discriminate on the basis of race,

The
terms "Saint Louis University" and "University"
designate the policies, procedures, benefits and services
