DeMattias Hall houses approximately 200 students who are members of several Greek organizations recognized by Saint Louis University, 12 fraternities and 6 sororities. It is also home to a Residence Life professional and student staff.
DeMattias Hall is air-conditioned and offers single, double, triple, and quad rooms on both women's, men's, and co-ed floors with community bathrooms. Other features of DeMattias Hall are laundry facilities on each floor, a 24-hour security desk, a workout room, chapter rooms and several community lounges.
