Grand Forest Apartments are located on the east side of campus and consist of 83 furnished apartments, many with patios or balconies. All residential units have 2 bedrooms with 1 or 1 1/2 bathrooms. Laundry facilities are located in the basement of each of the buildings.

About 200 upperclassmen residents live in Grand Forest, which is even more pleasant now that Laclede street, which had run past the buildings has been closed and replaced with astroturf for intermurals and activities. The last couple of years have seen heavy renovation, replacing furniture, putting in basketball hoops, running Ethernet, and reorganizing parking. Grand Forest is adajcent to the Chaifetz Arena.
