Marchetti Towers Apartments are two apartment complexes on the east side of campus. There are over 260 apartments available to upperclassmen students. There are studio, one bedroom, and two bedroom apartments available.

The 546 upperclassmen residents of Marchetti Towers enjoy the combination of the security of the central lobbies with its 24-hour service desks and the independence of apartment style living with balconies, convertible studio apartments, and well-appointed kitchens.
