The Village Apartments offer single, double, triple, and quad occupancy furnished apartments designed with a living room, kitchen, and washer/dryer units. The triple and quad occupancy apartments are designed with two full baths. A number of the apartments have balconies.

The 492 upperclassmen residents of the Village Apartments enjoy the laundry units within their apartment, the convenient location, and the friendly feel of the eight separate buildings. The addition of barbeque grills outside of the apartments has made socializing easy.
