Moving during the school year can be a complicated process, but our department wants to make it as simple as possible for you. If you are not signing up for a move at one of the designated times, please contact your building coordinator for specific instructions about a room change.

To assure that everyone has a secure space, we ask that all room changes (even switching bedrooms in an apartment) go through the proper process. Failure to do so may compromise the safety of our residents or lead to improper billing. Undocumented arrangements between residents are strongly discouraged.

If you are not moving during a scheduled Room Change Night, please read this page first.

Following are specific opportunities to arrange a room change:

• September 11, 2008 (5:30 p.m. – 7:30 p.m.) in the Marguerite Coffee House
• Please be advised, due to the lack of available spaces, we will not host a room change night event this semester (Fall 2008).
