| Immunizations: |
| All
incoming students are required to have the following immunizations: |
| |
A tetanus vaccine within the last 10 years
Two
measles vaccines or one MMR and one measles vaccine
A
tuberculin skin test within the last year
|
| Proof
of these immunizations needs to be given to the SHCS staff by
August 1 for the fall semester, December 1 for the spring semester,
and May 1 for the summer semester. A hold may be placed on your
registration if we do not receive your immunization records.
Some students may be exempt from this due to age or religion.
Please call us at (314) 977-2323 with any questions about these
requirements. SPS students are only required to receive a
tuberculin skin test. |
