Saint Louis University

Saint Louis University requires all full-time undergraduate students to carry health insurance. Unless you return the waiver form that indicates your enrollment in an insurance program and provide a copy of your insurance card, the University automatically enrolls you in the University Health Plan (UHP) program. You will be billed for this coverage on your tuition statement. Be sure to bring your insurance card every time you visit the Student Health and Counseling Center so that we can bill your insurance company for fees. You are responsible for paying the portion of your charges not covered by your insurance policy. If you have no insurance, you will be billed on a fee-for-service basis. Payment is due within 90 days of service and co-payments are required to be paid at the time of service.
