Debbie "Cat" is a registered nurse and Assistant Director of the Student Health and Counseling Center. She is a native of St. Louis having graduated from Maryville University and coming to Saint Louis University in 1992. Her nursing career has included positions as an industrial medicine nurse, physical referral specialist and general medical surgical nurse. As Assistant Director of the center, Debbbie can often be found teaching CPR and standard first aid courses since she is a certified instructor for the American Red Cross. Other interests include increasing student awareness of alcohol abuse and sexual assault. Debbie is married to a graduate of Saint Louis University and is a mother of three children, one son-in-law, and grandmother of one grandchild.
