Nancy Delaney,
MD Dr. Nancy Delaney, Medical Director, is board certified in internal medicine and has been the physician at the Saint Louis University Student Health and Counseling Center since January 2000. Her responsiblities include establishing medical policies and ensuring that students receive the highest quality medical care. Dr. Delaney earned her medical degree at Brown University School of Medicine in 1980 and finished her residency in internal medicine at the University of Florida Medical School at Gainesville in 1983. Subsequently, she completed a fellowship in endocrinology and metabolism at Washington University Medical School in 1985 with a special research interest in diabetes. Prior to coming to the Student Health Center, Dr. Delaney worked for 15 years in private practice at Esse Health Medical Group in internal medicine and endocrinology. Currently, she is on the faculty at Saint Louis University School of Medicine and a Medical Staff Emeritus at Barnes-Jewish Hospital. In her spare time, Dr. Delaney joins her husband as a co-leader on nature tours to Central and South America. |
