"Our greatest wealth is our health." - Ralph Waldo Emerson

Wellness is a journey in which there is no finish line. At Saint Louis University we focus on connecting the Mind, Body and Spirit. In order to achieve optimal health, we must strive to find balance in these areas. Our mission is to inform participants about wellness and fitness in order to form balance in their lives so that they are transformed to a greater state of health..

Wellness Suite
Our Wellness Suite is located on the bottom level of the Simon Recreation Center. If you have never been in to visit, you are missing out on some great wellness services. The suite is open to all students and members of the Simon Recreation Center and it offers fitness center orientations, techniques for managing stress, flexibility assessment and instruction, nutrition education, blood pressure screenings, and a body composition analysis. You can even check-out exercise videos to take home for 48 hours! Call for an appointment today or stop by during our posted hours.
