You can go to the information desk on the main floor of the Busch Student Center, or contact your Commuter Assistant.

2. What is a CA?
CA is short for Commuter Assistant. CA's are upperclassmen students that work with freshmen commuter students, who have been exempted from the residency requirement, throughout their first year at SLU.

3. I am a commuter student. Will my ID card give me access to the residence halls?
No, only residents have access to the residence halls. Commuters are always welcome in residence halls as long as they are checked in by a resident.

4. Where can I find my class schedule?
First go to mySLU and log in with your username (email address before the @) and password. Next, click the Tools tab, followed by the Banner Self-Service icon. Finally, click student, then registration, and finally student schedule. For any additional questions or trouble with login, call ITS at (314)977-4000.

5. How do I find out what is happening on campus?
There are many ways to see what is going on in the SLU Community. The Student Government Association (SGA) sends all students weekly emails that contain an overview of the following week's events. There is also a website, SLUconnection, which has a schedule of events, and there are daily emails, SLU Newslink, which give current information on what is happening in the SLU community. Also check out the University News, the weekly campus newspaper.

6. If I lock my keys in my car or need to have my battery jumped, will the University help me?
Yes, the Department of Public Safety and Security Services (DPSSS) will assist you with gaining access to the inside of your vehicle whenever necessary. You can reach them by dialing (314)977-3000 or click here for more information.

8. Is there someplace on campus to go if I'm not feeling well?
Yes, Saint Louis University students can and should use the Student Health Services whenever they are not feeling well. Student Health Services  is located on the ground floor of Marchetti East. For information including hours and services offered, please see their website.

9. Is there a place to go on campus between classes?
Yes, there is a commuter lounge in the Busch Student Center (BSC 257). Commuters also commonly hang out in other areas around the BSC and other areas of the campus during the day.
