The division is proud to have been recognized by The Ohio State University Center for Higher Education Enterprise (CHEE), for the second consecutive year as a top-15 most promising place to work, based on qualities including family friendliness, salary/benefits and professional development opportunities. Working in partnership with Diverse: Issues in Higher Education and the American College Personnel Association (ACPA), the CHEE research team used a web-based survey approach to highlight and promote leading examples of diversity and inclusion in the student affairs workplace, with the intention to create a useful tool for employers, career services staff, and job-seekers across the country.
