How do I choose a doctor who accepts HTH Insurance?
Log on to www.hthstudents.com and search for a doctor in the region you are visiting. If you have not already completed a user profile, you may be prompted to do so at this time. Once you complete your user profile, you will able to run a search for doctors, download appropriate forms, etc.
What if I visit a doctor who does not have an agreement with HTH?
There is a reimbursement claims process for students who inadvertently seek care from a health care provider that does not have an agreement with HTH Health Services. Students who seek care from a health care provider that does not have a current agreement with HTH Health Services will need to pay for services rendered up front and then submit an insurance claims form to HTH for reimbursement.
Additional information regarding this claims process, including the necessary forms, may be found on www.hthstudents.com.
How do I submit a claim?
Log in to www.hthstudents.com and thoroughly review the claims form filing instructions.
Download, complete, and submit the claims form, with all required documentation directly to HTH.
Please note that it is the responsibility of the student to submit the claim directly to HTH - this is not the responsibility of Saint Louis University.
How do I contact HTH Worldwide about a claim?
Please call 1.888.350.2002 to speak with an HTH Worldwide Customer Services Representative if you have a question regarding a claim.
