TEAM Initiatives

The TEAM Steering Committee has identified six focus areas, each containing several initiatives.

They are guided by our vision of the School of Medicine:

  • Set the standard for quality patient-centric care and academic excellence
  • Become the desired destination for faculty, staff and students by ensuring they are developed and empowered
  • Grow to achieve leading financial results and a leadership position in the market, benefiting our mission, faculty and staff

TEAM Initiative Owners, with the assistance of TEAM Project Managers, will oversee the initiatives, identifying the specific tasks and timeline to move each initiative forward in a timely way. They will report to the TEAM Executive Leads, who will provide regular updates to the vice dean for medical affairs and SLUCare CEO. Milestones and timelines vary with each initiative.
