As SLU's chief academic officer, Dr. Brickhouse oversees most of the University's educational, research and enrollment efforts. She was deputy provost for academic affairs at the University of Delaware, where she was on the faculty for more than 27 years. She held several leadership roles, including deputy dean of the College of Education and Human Development, and director of the School of Education. An internationally known researcher, she was the investigator or co-investigator on more than $10 million in funded projects. She worked with Delaware's governor on a bill that supported the earlier hiring of UD graduates as teachers, and she served on a task force to establish the state's first set of science standards.

Dr. Dorsey is the Associate Provost for Undergraduate Education and provides leadership for university-wide programs and policies relevant to undergraduate student learning and success. Specific areas of responsibility include efforts to improve undergraduate student retention and success; development and implementation of university-wide undergraduate learning outcomes and outcomes assessment; supervision of programs in University Honors, Post-Baccalaureate Scholarships and Fellowships, and Pre-Law and Pre-Professional Health Studies; academic policy reviews and revisions; and collaborations with undergraduate academic advising, learning communities, freshman interests groups, and undergraduate writing services. She also serves as chair of the Undergraduate Academic Affairs Committee (UAAC) and as a liaison to the Division of Student Development and Enrollment Management and Retention.

Dr. Carlin is the Associate Provost for Graduate Education and International Initiatives and coordinates University-wide graduate activities. She chairs the Graduate Academic Affairs Committee and collaborates with the associate deans and center directors to develop workshops and programs for graduate students and graduate faculty. Additionally, she serves as the faculty advisor for the Graduate Student Association and oversees the graduate degree-granting centers on the Frost Campus. Dr. Carlin is responsible for providing strategic leadership for the comprehensive globalization of Saint Louis University's academic programming. In this role she works with internal, external, domestic and international stakeholders to ensure that Saint Louis University offers a distinctive, integrated, multinational experience that brings together community, academia, research centers and industry in fulfillment of our institutional mission.

Michael Lewis is the Associate Provost for Faculty Development and is responsible for the Office of Faculty Affairs, which handles faculty onboarding for new hires, contracts for all permanent and adjunct faculty, and applications for sabbatical and research leaves. In addition, the Office of Faculty Affairs serves as the secretary for the University Rank and Tenure Committee. Dr. Lewis is also responsible for programs to promote the professional development of SLU faculty. This includes programs for new, mid-career, and late-career faculty development, as well as working with SLU's emeriti and retired faculty. Dr. Lewis works closely with the Departments, Centers, Colleges, and Libraries to plan and advertise the development opportunities available to faculty.

Dr. Sanchez is an Assistant Provost and is responsible for University-wide assessment of student learning and academic programs, the Office of Institutional Research, and the University's charter school sponsorship efforts. He also serves as the institutional liaison to the Higher Learning Commission for University accreditation and as the Office of the Provost's liaison with Information Technology Services. Dr. Sanchez is a member of the Undergraduate Academic Affairs Committee, the Undergraduate Initiatives Committee, and the Council of Academic Deans and Directors.

Ms. Harrington is an Assistant Provost and provides financial management and support for the Office of the Provost and all reporting academic units. She provides long term and short term budget planning to the Deans and works closely with their Business Managers to monitor expenses, project year-end budget variances, and complete the annual budget process. Ms. Harrington also serves on various campus-wide committees, namely the Capital Budget Committee.

Ms. Drexl is the business manager of the Office of the Provost and its direct-report organizations, providing financial analysis, human resource functions, and budgetary documentation. Mrs. Drexl also assists with the preparation of the annual budget process within the Office of the Provost, reconciles expenditures, approves purchases, and prepares financial reports for the Vice President, Academic Affairs.

Ms. Rogers assists the manager for the Office of Faculty Affairs with processes for faculty appointments, tenure and promotion, sabbaticals and leaves as well as support to faculty and academic units on University policies and procedures. She also maintains the data records for full-time and adjunct faculty.

Ms. House is the Data Manager for the Office of Faculty Affairs. Her responsibilities include managing data; prepares and maintains data files; verifies data to ensure data integrity. Coordinates and communicates with appropriate personnel regarding the interface of Faculty Affairs data files and maintain updated data definitions. In addition, ensures consistent and accurate faculty data is entered into Banner for reporting and decision support; prepares Cognos reports for internal and external faculty data requests as well as acts as the Faculty Affairs liaison for all operating units working closely with ITS and Human Resources; maintains current faculty process information on the Faculty Affairs website.
