Transfer Credit Evaluation for Admitted Students

Upon acceptance to Saint Louis University as a transfer student, previous college coursework will be evaluated. Once you receive notification that this articulation has been completed, you may access your credit evaluation in Banner Self-Service via the mySLU online portal.

You can access mySLU using your personalized SLUNet ID and temporary password - both can be found in your admission packet. For instructions on activating your SLUNet ID and logging into the mySLU portal, click here.

Once you have logged into mySLU, follow these instructions to view your credit evaluation:

  • Click the Tools tab and select Banner Self-Service
  • Choose Student and click Student Records
  • Select Academic Transcript
  • Choose Transcript Level - Undergraduate and click Submit
  • Select Transfer Credit

Please note that transfer work will appear as the SLU course equivalents. You will not see the original subject codes from the transfer institution(s). Credit evaluations reflect coursework for official transcripts received to date. If you have additional coursework that needs evaluation, please send the appropriate official college transcript to the Office of Undergraduate Admission. You can continue to check Banner Self-Service for your updated credit evaluation once additional transcripts have been received.
