Saint Louis University Leadership and Change Management Program OverviewSaint Louis University's Bachelor of Science in business administration with a concentration in leadership and change management at the John Cook School of Business focuses on both the human and organizational aspects of the workplace. SLU's leadership and change management program emphasizes using skill and insight to motivate and influence people.
If you choose to major in business administration with a concentration in leadership and change management at SLU, you'll also have access to chapters of the Collegiate Entrepreneurs Organization and the Society for Human Resource Management, both of which will allow you to network with professionals in the field. Business majors at SLU may also complete the leadership and change management supporting area of study in addition to an additional chosen area of concentration. What You'll Learn in SLU's Leadership and Change Management ProgramStudents in the leadership and change management program at SLU's John Cook School of Business take classes in management, as well as in organization behavior and the management of human resources. You will then choose from electives including Organizational Failure, Change and Transformation; Current Problems in Management; and Fundamentals of Leadership.
You'll then continue to customize your degree by choosing other electives, including Small Group Behavior, Organizational Culture, Talent Management and Introduction to Family Business.
