Dr. Grady has been a member of the Saint Louis University faculty for over thirty-five years, and is currently Professor of Educational Studies. While at Saint Louis University, Professor Grady has served as Director of the federally funded Teacher Corps program, Chair of the Departments of Communication and Educational Studies, and currently teaches courses in program planning and evaluation and qualitative research. In addition, he is director of international programs in Cyprus.
Dr. Grady has provided consultant services for national organizations such as the US Department of Education and Teach for America. He has also consulted for many school districts and local organizations on program planning, evaluation and professional development activities for educators. Since 1982 he has lectured locally, nationally and internationally on a broad range of topics. Dr. Grady has published numerous articles and monographs on various topics including program planning and evaluation, qualitative research, staff development, and implications of brain research for education.
