Pre-Law Program Highlights
Mock Trial Team:
Saint Louis University's mock trial team has been competing nationally for 22 years and is an exciting, fun way for students to gain hands-on experience in the practice of law.
During the semester, students receive a packet of information (the case) containing witness affidavits, evidence, charges, case law, rules of evidence and mock trial rules that they use to prepare for their roles as attorneys and witnesses. Tournaments consist of each team arguing as the plaintiff twice and the defendant twice and then being scored on their performance. Learn more about being on the mock trial team.
