Undergraduates (except for School for Professional Studies), Masters students in the John Cook School of Business and School of Medicine MD students will be contacted by their deans' offices about applying for graduation online through Banner Self-Service.
Students who have applied online through Banner Self-Service can see the diploma name and diploma mailing address they submitted by going to Student/Student Records/View Online Application to Graduate.
If a change needs to be made to your diploma name or diploma mailing address, please contact your dean's office and they will notify the Registrar's Office.
All other students will continue to apply for graduation through their College/School/Center, using a paper form.

Ph.D. Graduates: Your graduation date will be the date you successfully defend your dissertation. You are welcome to walk in the commencement ceremony for the semester in which your degree is conferred.
- The Graduation Fee is assessed to all graduating students, regardless of participation in commencement activities. You do not have to pay this fee when you turn in your application as it will be billed to your student account.
- Fee amounts:
- Baccalaureate and Masters Students = $75.00
- Juris and Medical Doctorate Students = $100.00
- Doctorate of Philosophy and Doctorate of Education students = $75.00
