Fitness and Wellness Programs
The Department of Campus Recreation offers a variety of fitness and wellness programs to the Saint Louis University Community. These include group fitness classes, instructional programs, personal training, and wellness programs.
Our all inclusive fitness class format allows you to choose from more than 25 classes per week. Add variety to your workout and improve strength, cardio and flexibility.
