Why do I have this Hold?
Student Health Services has placed a Hold on your account due to incomplete Immunization records.
They are either missing a required immunization or something is outdated.
How do I fix this?
Please visit Student Health Services' website for a list of required immunizations and health forms:
Please submit these records, or call 314-977-2323 to find out if one is missing or outdated if you have already submitted your records in order to lift the hold.
