Student Financial Services
The Office of Student Financial Services is dedicated to assisting students finance their education. In a student-centered environment outreach, financial aid counseling, eligibility determination, and processing are combined with billing, payment planning, loan collections and financial literacy programs to offer affordability options and equitable distribution of funds. The funding sources could be federal, state, institutional or private-based, and are in the forms of grants, scholarships, loans and work. The services are provided with the highest of integrity and concern for the students' needs as well as compliance requirements. As a central office undergraduate, graduate and professional students utilize services with each student being assigned a specific counselor.

Assistant Vice President, Enrollment and Retention Management Director, Student Financial Services
Cari Wickliffe is the Assistant Vice President of the Division of Enrollment and Retention Management and Director of Student Financial Services at Saint Louis University. Cari's responsibilities include support for overall success of the Division of Enrollment and Retention Management and leadership of the University's office of student financial services (financial aid, student accounts and loan collections), including oversight of staff development, operation and strategic planning, financial aid packaging, compliance, disbursement, funds management and stewardship, and the delivery of outstanding financial services for students and families.
Cari has over 25 years experience in higher education earning several awards at state, regional and national levels for her service and leadership in the financial aid arena. Prior to joining Saint Louis University in 2004 she was Vice Chancellor for Student Services at the University of Arkansas Community College in Batesville.
