The Office of Student Financial Services is a model office whose functions are student-centered and process-focused and merges customer service and fiscal responsibility. Innovation and development of best practices support diversity initiatives, collaborations and accountability. Services are provided with the highest integrity and concern for the students' needs as well as compliance requirements. Undergraduate, graduate and professional students are each assigned a specific counselor.
Cari Wickliffe is the Assistant Vice President of the Division of Enrollment and Retention Management and Director of Student Financial Services at Saint Louis University. Cari's responsibilities include support for overall success of the Division of Enrollment and Retention Management and leadership of the University's Office of Student Financial Services (financial aid, student accounts and loan collections), including oversight of staff development, operational and strategic planning, financial aid packaging, compliance, disbursement, funds management and stewardship, and the delivery of outstanding financial services for students and families.
Cari has over 25 years of experience in higher education and has earned several awards at state, regional and national levels for her service and leadership in the financial aid arena. Prior to joining Saint Louis University in 2004 she was Vice Chancellor for Student Services at the University of Arkansas Community College in Batesville.
