Activity Insight, a new University-wide, Web-based information management system, enables the collection, organization, sharing, analysis, and presentation of critical data regarding faculty scholarship, research, and service activities.
Activity Insight is primarily used by the Provost's Office to simplify and standardize internal and external data collection and reporting tasks that support institution-wide academic planning, assessment and accreditation efforts.
Individual faculty and staff can use Activity Insight to:
- Search for and learn about faculty throughout the institution who share similar research agendas or who are interested in interdisciplinary collaboration;
- Search for and learn about colleagues in all colleges and schools engaged in related institutional service activities Implementation.
