Our undergraduate programs are vibrant and personable. Students in environmental science, studies, geoscience, and meteorology are able to spend much time with faculty and graduate students in- and outside of the classroom. Students majoring in our bachelor of science programs have a reduce core set of courses in the humanities in order to be better trained in the sciences and mathematics. Students majoring in our bachelor of arts programs are taking full advantage of their liberal arts education, which prepares them for careers related to their major field of study. All students have opportunities to work with faculty on research projects, participate in numerous extracurricular activities on campus, and join in on department-sponsored field trips.
