Damage Appeal Process
When you check out of any campus space, a staff member will assess the old space for any damages, comparing the condition to that on the Room (RCI) or Apartment (ACI) Condition Inventory. In contrast to Community Damages, these charges will be applied before you have the chance to appeal them. In general, you will have one week from the time the bill has posted to appeal any charges to the Damage Appeal Board. At the end of each term, special terms may apply to Express Checkout and billing cycle deadlines. All changes are communicated through your slu.edu e-mail account.
Please use the form below to submit any damage appeals. If you have any trouble, please write to firstname.lastname@example.org and include "Damage Appeal" in the subject line. Damage appeals for the Spring 2013 semester closing cannot be accepted after 5:00pm, June 17, 2013.
