Applicant Criteria: A committee examines and reviews the applicant and application wholly. However, there is consideration for matching disciplines from faculty with applicant research interest.
Anatomy Application Review Process: The entire CASE faculty, seven full-time members, review each qualified applicant for consideration on a rolling admission basis.
Admission Statistics: Currently, there are 15 master's and three Ph.D. students. Four qualified master's students are applying to transfer into a Ph.D. program.

Program Description: CASE strives to provide innovative scholarship and effective teaching in all aspects of the structure of the human body, to offer training programs in anatomy for graduate students, to assist in the training of M.D. or Ph.D. postdoctorals, to stimulate interest in research and advance the frontiers of knowledge and technical expertise by active participation in a variety of research projects. | CASE Mission Statement
Curriculum & Program Details: The program trains to teach biomedical science teachers. Students do their own research projects working with a faculty mentor that matches their research interests. Students are expected to publish and present a minimum of two (2) research projects, with funding assistance from the Graduate Student Association. The Program offers a "unique opportunity" to students. Students may travel with faculty members to museums for research. The Doctoral degree provides training in clinical human anatomy and independent research for individuals seeking a career in teaching and research at the medical school or university level. About the Anatomy Faculty: There are seven full-time, tenure-track educators, focused on excellence in teaching, reflecting their professional career honors and awards.
