The Saint Louis University School of Law Black Law Students' Association (BLSA) is bringing together renowned legal scholars to discuss slavery reparations at 3 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 26, in room 4 at the law school. The discussion is entitled, "Understanding Reparations: Social Movement, Phantom Menace and Search for Just Recompense."
Speakers include: Adjoa Aiyetoro, associate professor of law at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock William H. Bowen School of Law and Saint Louis University School of Law alumna; Adrienne Davis, the William M. Van Cleve professor of law at Washington University School of Law; and Carlton Mark Waterhouse, associate professor of law at Indiana University School of Law-Indianapolis.
Eric Miller, professor of law at Saint Louis University School of Law, will moderate the discussion.
