Lisa Willoughby, Ph.D., assistant professor in the department of psychology at Saint Louis University seeks volunteers to participate in a research study about memory function in late adulthood.
The purpose of this study is to examine age differences in recovering from task interruptions.
Participation will involve completing brief questionnaires and a series of paper-and-pencil, verbal, and computerized tasks designed to measure memory and related cognitive functions.
Volunteers must be 60 to 80 years old and be in good health, with no history of dementia or other condition that may impair memory, and have normal hearing.
A $10 gift card will be given to compensate volunteers for their time. All testing will be conducted on the Saint Louis University campus.
