The department of nutrition and dietetics will offer "Gardens to Tables" Culinary Camp during the months of June, July and August for children 7-12 years old.
The week of June 20-24 is reserved for campers 13-19 years old.
This year's camp will continue to emphasize local and sustainable agriculture, and emphasize a healthy lifestyle through nutritious diet and physical activity.
The campers will plant, harvest and prepare products directly from the SLU garden. The garden includes a "teaching pavilion" and is ADA accessible.
