Saint Louis University will host the Missouri Association for Marriage and Family Therapist Conference Friday-Saturday, April 8-9, in the Allied Health Center.
Dan Hughes, Ph.D., an internationally recognized expert on "Attachment Theory," will present an all-day training from 8:30 a.m.-4 p.m. April 8, in the multipurpose room of the Allied Health Center.
Hughes specifically works with children who have experienced traumatic experiences, many of whom have been in and out of the foster care system. The training is aimed at helping professionals work more effectively with these children and teenagers.
