Lost or Stolen Parking Permits
The deposit is nonrefundable for lost or stolen cards/hangtags. A deposit will be required each and every time an individual is issued a new card and hangtag, including times of loss or theft.
In the event that all or part of your parking permit has been lost/stolen, you must complete a lost/stolen form and return the remaining portion of your permit to exchange it for a new one. We will issue you a new permit for a replacement fee.
Reporting a lost or stolen permit allows us to deprogram the card, which increases the likelihood that someone that will turn it in. The deposit is refunded for all cards/hangtags that eventually are found and turned in to Parking and Card Services.
