Volunteers Needed for Influenza Vaccination Study
The Heartland Center for Public Health Preparedness, part of the School of Public Health, is conducting a survey in the St. Louis region to assess health care and emergency responders' interest in and attitudes towards influenza vaccine.
The survey takes less than 10 minutes to complete and an iPad and VISA gift cards are being raffled as an incentive for people to take the survey.
No personal information will be collected.
