Saint Louis University's John Cook School of Business will host the next Dean's Breakfast Series program Tuesday, May 3, at the school's Anheuser-Busch Auditorium, 3674 Lindell Blvd. The event is free and open to the public however reservations are required.

Guest speaker J. Joseph Burgess, president and CEO of Insituform Technologies, Inc., will discuss "Strengthening Insituform's Capabilities through Strategic Diversification and Technology."
The event begins with breakfast at 7:30 a.m. following by the presentation and a Q&A discussion.

About J. Joseph Burgess: Burgess joined Insituform Technologies in 2008. With more than 25 years of experience in the water, energy and petrochemical industries, he previously served as CEO of Veolia Water North America, a subsidiary of the French company Veolia Environmental SA. Prior to that Burgess worked with Ogden Projects (later named Covanta), a subsidiary of Ogden Corporation, a diversified holding company, and the Monsanto Company.
Under Burgess' leadership, Insituform's top-line revenues have grown by 85 percent and its earning peer share from contributing operations has increased by 228 percent. This growth can be attributed in large part to the diversification of Insituform's revenue streams and products.
Burgess is a graduate of the University of Florida.
