This information is for prospective students who will plan to enroll in college for the first time at Saint Louis University. Information for transfer students, current students, and Madrid campus students is also available.
The University Honors Program seeks applicants committed to academic excellence, leadership, and service. Therefore, we invite individuals who have achieved an un-weighted high school GPA of 3.8 AND an ACT composite score of 30 or an SAT score of 1330 to apply for admission to the Saint Louis University Honors Program in addition to their application for admission to SLU. Applicants also should have outstanding academic records in rigorous high school curricula.**Please note that the Presidential Scholarship Program and the University Honors Program have separate application processes; applications for a Presidential Scholarship do not substitute for applications to the University Honors Program. Students must complete both to be considered for both.
To be considered for admission to the University Honors Program, candidates must submit a complete application. A complete application consists of 3 components:
The University Honors Program also will review materials from a student's Application for Freshman Admission, including but not limited to the high school transcript, official test scores, and the secondary school report.

Applicant files are not reviewed until all materials have been submitted.
The Office of Admission at Saint Louis University has extended the University Honors Program Application Deadline for fall 2014 admission to Tuesday, Dec. 3, 2013. Please contact your admission counselor or call 314.977.2500 for more information. Applicants will be notified of University Honors admissions decisions March 1.
(If an incoming freshman misses the December 1 deadline, s/he may apply as a current student during his/her first semester).
