Please Note: The Journal of Health Law & Policy does not accept any student submissions.
The Journal staff will confirm receipt of each article and, along with the faculty advisors, review it and notify the author if it is chosen for publication.
INFORMATION FOR AUTHORS
Style and Format: The editorial board of the Journal of Health Law & Policy follows The Bluebook: A Uniform System of Citation and The Redbook: A Manual on Legal Style for our publications. We request submissions generally be between 20 – 50 pages in length. Please submit the final draft of your submission in electronic format (Microsoft Word is preferred) to the Managing Editor of the issue in which your article will be published.
Deadlines: The submission deadline for articles to be published in the Fall/Symposium Issue is August 15. The submission deadline for articles to be published in the Spring Issue is January 1.
Publication Dates: The Fall/Symposium Issue is scheduled to be published by the beginning of January and the Spring Issue by the beginning of June.
Copies: Each author will receive 50 complimentary copies of the published article.
