Students pursuing the master's program will apply to the Graduate School and the GRE requirement will be waived. Once admitted to the MPA program, students will complete the remaining 2 core courses (6 credit hours), 5 elective courses (15 credit hours), and internship/in-service project (3 credit hours) through the Department of Public Policy Studies. Students must complete a capstone project to complete their master's degree.

This program is accredited by the National Association of Schools of Public Affairs and Public Administration. The program's content, therefore, reflects the current trends in professional education towards training experts in the field.
