Wear SLU Blue Friday, July 29, to show YOUR spirit.
In June, the Division of Research showed its spirit with the Billiken. Bridget Turner, program manager for the Division of Resarch, said, "We really enjoyed our Billiken appreciation party. Many of our staff got into the spirit by wearing SLU colors and by creating Billiken ears to wear. What a great way to foster team building and show our SLU pride." Bridget went on to say that the entire team enjoyed learning the Blue Spirit Day dance.

How can you and your team get involved with Blue Spirit Day?
Wear your SLU blue and look for the Billiken.
The Billiken will make special appearances on the last Friday of each month and the next Blue Spirit Day is Friday, July 29.
Start planning now and check out the Human Resources page on Facebook for photos and news about upcoming Blue Spirit Day events and other happenings across the campus.
Members of the Saint Louis University community can show their true colors when the Division of Human Resources sponsors Blue Spirit Day.
The spirit day is part of a human resources-led initiative to promote greater collegiality at SLU. The campaign unofficially got its start with last year’s Cannonball Picnic, and a number of other new efforts are in the works as well.
The last Friday of every month has been designated as a Blue Spirit Day as part of this ongoing effort.
* Note: The option to wear blue jeans may depend on your work environment or schedule for the day. Employees may want to check with their immediate supervisors to determine what's appropriate.
