SLU 101 Transfer Orientation FAQ
1. What will I be doing during the one-day program?
A sample schedule for the SLU 101 Transfer Orientation program is available here.
2. Will I find out which courses transferred, and how my transferred classes will be applied toward the requirements of my degree program?
Yes. During the SLU 101 Transfer Orientation program you will meet with a representative from your Dean's Office who will review school/college degree requirements and policies. Also, you will meet individually with your academic advisor who will explain to you the courses that transferred, and the degree requirements still to be completed. Official transfer course evaluations are based on official transcripts received. Make sure you inform your academic advisor of completed coursework or degrees not included on the list of official transfer credit.
