Since 1984, the YWCA has recognized the commitment and contributions of outstanding working women from the St. Louis area at an event called the "Leader Lunch." Saint Louis University will recognize their own women of achievement by hosting a Leader Lunch on Thursday, Dec. 1, 2011.
Eight women from the University will be selected based on their growth and enrichment of both the University and the greater community. Nominees should be women who have been employed at the University at least three years. Women who have been previously selected for this honor are not eligible. A list of past honorees can be found on the SLU Women's Commission web site.
Nomination forms for this year's Leader Lunch can be found at the Women's Commission web site. Forms can be submitted through interoffice mail to room 36 in DuBourg Hall, through email to Mary Krieg, Women's Commission Awards Chair, at firstname.lastname@example.org or via fax at (314) 977-3735.
Please submit your nomination no later than Monday, Oct. 24.
The women chosen will be recognized in the Women's Commission newsletter, Grand Connections and Newslink following the reception.
