The Federalist Society of Saint Louis University's School of Law will host a discussion on the constitution at noon Thursday, Oct. 4, in room 3 in Morrissey Hall. The talk will address the proposal to amend the constitution to allow states to veto federal laws.
Richard Duncan, J.D., from the University of Nebraska will be joined by Joel Goldstein, J.D., professor of law. A free lunch will be provided to those who attend.
